MELTING RAINBOWS: THE TIPPY-DIPPY UNIVERSE OF JEN STARK
Psychedelic Art Or Abstract Science? Contemporary LA-based artist Jen Stark creates reality-bending, super colourful psychedelic sculptures out off just regular kid’s construction paper with a humble cutter (sometimes she uses a ruler to make sure her lines are cut straight).

Jen Stark's works are often inspired by intricate patterns, colours in nature, scientific concepts and the mysteries of the universe. With the use of simple cutting technique, she constructs stunning, labyrinthine structures, all done meticulously by hand. Each piece of sculpture can take as long as months to actualise, depending on the design’s complexity.
Thou she’s most well known for her kaleidoscope-ish paper art, she also uses other medium such as illustration, painting and animation to express her artistic views. Jen was invited to be the featured artist for the 32nd Annual MTV Video Music Awards, where her original animations and art pieces added more than just simple colours to the show!
