1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions (henceforth: the “Terms and Conditions” and “Terms”) are valid between you and Unanimous Beyond Studios LLP ( henceforth: Unanimous Beyond; may be referred to as “us” ,“ we” and “UB” ) and apply to all use of and orders placed on Unanimous Beyond’s website www.unanimousbeyond.com ( henceforth: our “Website”, “Site” and “Sites”).
Unanimous Beyond Studios LLP is a company registered in Singapore (Reg. No. T17LL1794B). The official website of Unanimous Beyond Studios LLP and/or Unanimous Beyond is www.unanimousbeyond.com.
Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms will be applied fully and will affect your use of this Website. By using this Site and/or placing an order on the website, you signify that you have read, understood and accepted our Terms and Conditions policies. However, if don’t agree with any of our Terms and Conditions, please stop using this website.
We are permitted to revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time, without any notice. Changes will be reflected on this page, please review constantly to be kept up to date with the modifications.
Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to use this Website.
The latest update of the Terms and Conditions of Unanimous Beyond was made in November 2017.
2. PLACING AN ORDER
Before you place an order or checkout, you are able to review your selections in the shopping bag as well as the final price of your order. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have successfully checkout and received the order confirmation email. Please note that Unanimous Beyond does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order.
3. CHECKOUT & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on this Site for goods and/or services are in SGD ( Singapore Dollars ) and does not include GST. The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website may vary from time to time. Unanimous Beyond is not bound by the price until your order has been accepted and an order confirmation has been sent to you via email.
UNANIMOUS BEYOND’s online store uses a third party payment processor for all order payments. To finalise the order payment, click “Continue to Paypal” and you will be redirected to Paypal to proceed with your payment. Payment transactions are processed through the external Paypal gateway via the buyer’s own Paypal account or credit card payment on Paypal’s guest checkout platform. Once the transaction is complete, you will then return to the Website. Unanimous Beyond does not attain or keep any buyer’s credit card information.
In the event the payment was not successfully processed or if a product is unavailable after the order is process either due to stock availability or defects in the product, we will contact you by the email address you have provided to follow up. If we are unable to contact you with the e-mail address provided or hear back from you within 3 working days, we can cancel the order at our discretion. If payment has been received for a product which has became unavailable, we will refund you the amount of the purchase.
IMPORTANT : We will not ask you for your credit card information, please do not provide any sensitive information to us.
4. SHIPPING RATES AND TIME
We currently offer express shipping via our shipping partner Aramex for our products. Please kindly find shipping rates and time for countries/regions below:
Region 1: Singapore
We offer flat rate shipping of $5 for every order. Delivery will take 1-2 business days.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the following places in Singapore:
Sentosa, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA, Shipyards, and MINDEF/Army Camps/Ministry/DSTA/Embassy
Region 2: Asia
Countries Includes: Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Vietnam
We offer flat rate shipping of $15 for every order. Delivery will take 3-6 business days.
Region 3: Rest Of The World
Countries Includes: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, UAE, United Kingdom, United States
We offer flat rate shipping of $20 for every order. Delivery will take 4-8 business days.
Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Africa, Belarus, Bermuda, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Caribbean Islands, Central America, Central Asia, Crimea, Croatia, East Timor, Estonia, French Guiana, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, North Korea, Pacific Islands, Russia, Serbia & Montenegro, Slovenia, South America, Ukraine, West Asia.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Delivery time frames are provided from our shipping partner. On certain occasions nearing major holidays or festive seasons, packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe, which we are unable to control. We are unable to facilitate delivery made at a specific timing but all orders will be delivered Monday - Friday, between 10am - 6pm at your designated delivery address. Please ensure there will be someone able to accept and sign for the delivery if you are unable to do so.

5. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number. Please kindly note that this is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and not an acceptance of the order.
Once we are notified of successfully processed payment by Paypal, we will dispatch your purchase as soon as possible or within 2 business days. After your order has been picked up by our shipping partner, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order, including a shipment tracking number which you can track the delivery progress online. Once your order leave our premises, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Please hold on to your order records for your own future references.
If your parcel is damaged, or not received after 30 days from the date of shipment pickup, we will resend your order at our cost, or issue a full refund for your order. If the product you have previously purchased is not in stock anymore, we will extend the most similar style items for your selection. Alternatively, we will also allow a store credit in the same order amount of your order. If your product is found to be defective, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you on the various options pertaining to the product/order.
6. EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We do not accept any product exchange or returns unless the product is found to be defective. In this case, please contact us immediately via e-mail or using our online contact form so that we can follow up with your order. We apologise that we do not extend cash refunds currently.
7. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES
We try to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions of products reflected on our website. However, products may vary slightly from the pictures published. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to lighting conditions or variances in computer screens.
Minor variations in measurements ( within 3 cm ) are not considered a defect. As majority of our products are hand-made, we are unable to ensure all same style products are made identical. If there’s any issues which you have encountered in your product, do feel free to contact us or speak with us on your concern.
8. USING E-STORE CREDIT
You may use store credit allocated to you to purchase any product on our website, including sale items ( excluding delivery costs ). Store credits are valid for a period of 90 days and can only be use on a single order. Outstanding credits will not be refunded if your new order amount is less than the store credit amount. Store credit in the form of a coupon code can be used at checkout. Each coupon code is individually different and can only be redeemed once. Please keep your coupon code well as we only issue it once.
Unanimous Beyond cannot guarantee that all published content, text and information on our website including our weblog “Chronicles” are free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Please note that information may not be up-to-date at the time of your browsing. We reserve the right to amend content of the content at any time, without prior notice. Though we strive to display as accurately all texts and images as possible, errors or disparency may still occur. The site is hosted by an external web development platform, Unanimous Beyond cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from their errors or any uninterrupted, secure access to the site.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unanimous Beyond is the owner of all intellectual property rights in and to the content on the Website. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload or using materials from the Site in any form without Unanimous Beyond’s prior written permission.
11. NO COMMERCIAL USE
This Site is for your personal non-commercial use only.
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
publishing any Website material in any other media;
selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
publicly performing and/or showing any Website material;
using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;

By subscribing to us or to our email newsletter, you agree to receive emails from us regarding updates, new product arrivals, online features and promotions from our e-commerce store and/or website. The subscription can be discontinued at anytime by ‘unsubscribing’ to the email newsletter.
